COVID POLICIES

In response to the COVID-19, I have implemented the following precautionary, strict measures to ensure everyone’s safety, health and well-being. In addition, please be aware some of my patients are high risk as well as myself.  

If you have been ill in the 21 days prior to your scheduled appointment please contact me to reschedule. 

Please come at your scheduled time and call or text when you arrive 813-230-6180.  

I am trying to minimizing exposures, please stay in your car, so no patients overlap with care. This will enable me to have time to disinfect the room, door handles, bathroom, and living space. 

Enter for your therapy down the right hand side of my house in the massage room door. Before entering my home, use hand sanitizer outside the front door and take off your shoes immediately upon entering.  Leave shoes at the door.

I will take your temperature and oxygen levels upon entering.  

Patients will need to wear a mask, I will be wearing a mask as well.  If you do not have one, a surgical mask will be provided.  This policy is firm, if you do not want to wear a mask, please do not come in at this time.

Patients will be required to read and sign a COVID-19 patient questionnaire.

Once entering the massage room, wash your hands in the bathroom for at least 20 seconds and use a paper towel to open the doors as handles are high touch surfaces.   I will turn on and off lights.

I will be hand washing prior to and after your treatment (as usual), and there will now be hand sanitizer in the treatment room. 

The treatment room has been modified to accommodate strict cleaning procedures between every patient. As always all sheets and pillowcases will be changed after every patient.  

Please follow cough and sneeze etiquette: cover your mouth with a tissue if possible, or into your elbow.

To further decrease the possibility of transmission, it is now imperative to limit table conversation. 

Sadly, no hugging during these uncertain and difficult times.

Appointment scheduling will be done by text or e-mail. 

Payments you can pay with Venmo, PayPal or I can store your credit card on Square credit card payment.  I will no longer accept cash.  Please pay prior to treatment.

Regrettably, we will no longer be able to chat or socialize or visit before or after your treatment. 

Visitors and guests are being limited to only the patient receiving treatment.  Everyone else will have to remain in your car. 

Please remember if you are symptomatic or around anyone that is symptomatic, even with a cold, or runny nose, please cancel your appointment prior to visit.   Several of my patients are extremely high risk and I am high risk myself with my spinal injury. Thank you so much for your support during these trying and uncertain times.  I have missed you and look forward to seeing you.  I am not working yet for I am high risk, but these will be some guidelines for appointments when I return.
